Description

Keep it quiet! This aluminized muffler insert will decrease your noise output. Inserts in 6" stacks. 38" Length. 5 7/8" O.D. Muffler must be forced into the stack from the bottom with substantial pressure. Accepted as highway mufflers by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). They are in compliance with the Heavy Duty Trucks noise limits mandated by paragraph 27204 of the California Vehicle Code. Can be used on single or dual exhaust stacks. Free flow, does not effect back pressure. Lowers decibels by 7-9 DBA.

Not intended for use with DPF systems.
Installation note: The end with the most perforated holes goes towards the bottom. Muffler should sit inside the stack as shown in the picture.

Shipping & Pickup

Ground Shipping

Regular sized products ship via ground carriers like UPS and are generally shipped within a 2-day timeframe depending on availability. Eligible items can be shipped expedited for an upcharge during checkout.

Freight Shipping

Oversized or heavy items such as exhaust stacks, bumpers, seats, or fenders ship via LTL freight truck. Always inspect freight deliveries before signing, as your signature denotes items are free of damage. Freight shipments cannot be expedited.

Pickup Orders

Some items can be picked up at our Distribution Center in Walcott, Iowa. Items available for pickup must be in stock or be eligible to come in on a stock order. Pickup orders must be ordered and paid for in advance. To check availability or schedule a pickup please contact us at 866-446-9280. Our Distribution Center is open Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm for pickups.
