Retain all bolts for reinstall.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eInstallation procedure:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePre-assemble the MOUNTING BRACKET inside the LITE BOX, using (3) #10-24 X 1\/2\" TRUSS HEAD PHILLIPS and (3) #10-24 NYLOCKS, as shown below (position A) (hardware included). Tighten all hardware.\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cem\u003e \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eOPTIONAL: If you are installing the FX LITE PANEL, leave the (3) nylocks loose enough to slide the mount slots of the FX LITE PANEL (position C) onto the bolts (position A). Then tighten all hardware.\u003c\/em\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAlign the MOUNTING PLATE (B) with the flat back of the breather can.\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIt is recommended to use some temporary adhesive, such as tape, to secure the mounting plate to the rear of the breather can.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eReinstall the breather can, with the new LITE BOX facing toward the front of the truck. Loosely tighten OE bolts.\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMake sure both rubber bumpers on the LITE BOX rest on the breather straps.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAdjust LITE BOX until the forward surface is parallel to the breather can. Also adjust LITE BOX until its bottom surface is flush with the bottom of the breather.
